Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic interviews and evaluation.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Provide your preferred treatment modality (individual or couples/family therapy). 25 or more appointments per week.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning.
Engage in continuous education and professional development.
Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards as established by the American Psychological Association and the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Psychology.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program or Masters if Social Work.
Licensed as a Psychologist or Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts.
Strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and therapy.
Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of psychological conditions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
